MESSAGE FOR THE WEEK
My awareness is being brought to the breath. It’s important to breathe. Just breathe.
It’s like there is a grief that is coming up…
The energy on this planet has shifted significantly over the past two months. And with that comes a lot of letting go. And letting go comes with grief. We are being encouraged to breathe through all of the changes taking place right now.
The message is that we have surpassed the “tipping point” for awakening, and we are now well on our way toward the “new earth” (a.k.a. higher consciousness living). You’ll be seeing major changes and breakthroughs taking place more as time goes on. We’ve surpassed the “threshold.” What was it? It was a cosmic gateway that has been opened. This is lifting more veils, and more of the truth is being revealed (again, again, again).
I was just talking to some friends the other day, and we all agreed that the energy lately has felt dizzying, because there’s just been so much going on. For those who are especially attuned to energy, it can be a lot to experience. The speed at which things are moving now is so fast.
So what do we do with this information? Nothing. Lol. Literally, though.
If you want to “do” something, my attention is being drawn to whatever is right in front of you, the task at hand. If you want to play your part, that’s all you really have to do. Do it with love, do it with intention, do it fully present, and to the best of your ability.
