MESSAGE FOR THE WEEK
This week feels big, like things are finally in motion.
The image I’m being shown is a steam engine. It takes a huge amount of energy to get it moving, but once it’s rolling, the momentum carries it forward. That’s us right now, just starting to move, building up, and slowly gaining momentum.
And the feeling that goes along with the passengers, a mix of anxious excitement, where all the moms and dads are telling their kids to sit down, get settled, and look out the window. “See? We’re moving now.”
It feels important this week to go with the flow. Let this energy carry you. We’re being ushered into new dimensions of reality, and while this moment is potent, it also feels like something that will continue to unfold throughout the rest of 2025.
You might be feeling the effects of retrograde planets right now, and in some ways, this forward motion might seem at odds with what’s happening astrologically. But it’s not a contradiction. It’s just different faces of the energy that we are being exposed to right now.
Sometimes, we need to backtrack before we can leave the house. If you’re a parent, you know the drill: someone forgot their favourite stuffy or boots, and you’ve got to turn around to grab them before you can officially hit the road.
All of this movement, literal and symbolic, points to travel. For some, this might be your cue to book that trip you’ve been thinking about. For others, it’s actual travel this week.
But even if you're staying put, we are moving energetically, and that steam engine is rolling us right into a new world.
So if you’ve been wondering, yes—it’s happening.
And the struggles you’re feeling? Those are the growing pains of forward motion.
