MESSAGE FOR THE WEEK
Life feels really uncomfortable lately. Many of us are being stretched, strained, and reshaped, like silly putty in the hands of the universe. We’re in the middle of a recalibration, transforming in real time. And while there’s an aspect of consciously creating our lives, there’s also an aspect of surrender. This week, we’re being asked to hold both simultaneously.
This is the multidimensionality we’re stepping into: no more “this or that.” It’s now “this and that.” We are able to hold more consciousness, more information, more truth than we ever have before, and we continue to expand. But expansion can feel like a lot.
For me, it feels like my brain is already full, and one more drop of information might send me into overwhelm. That’s an important cue: when life feels too fast, too much—pause. Breathe. Slow everything down where you can.
The second message this week is about relationships and healing. Is there someone you need to forgive? (Maybe that someone is yourself.) What old hurts or traumas are asking to be mended? Now is the time to heal wounds, release the past, and reclaim your peace.
Healing is not just about letting go, it’s about making peace with what was so you can move forward with lightness, clarity, and an open heart.
