MESSAGE FOR THE WEEK
The first thing coming through is acknowledgment and recognizing the roller coaster we’ve all been on this year. There have been so many unexpected twists and turns, asking us again and again to stay flexible and adaptable. “Going with the flow” almost feels like an understatement. It’s been more like navigating (or if you’re lucky, riding) the rapids.
I’m sensing that there are still unprocessed emotions from all that this year has brought us. This week feels like those emotions that are sitting just beneath the surface are being encouraged to rise up and release.
I’ll be honest, it feels a little blocked, like it’s going to take your awareness and willingness for this process to unfold. And while moving through emotions can be uncomfortable (especially the heavier ones), allowing them to flow truly frees up space within you. It feels like removing weights from a backpack.
Give yourself permission to shake it off and rest. Breathe. Let go. Then, when you’re ready, you’ll find yourself moving forward again, lighter, clearer, and with a new bounce in your step.
Ultimately, this week is a cleansing. You’ll feel a whole lot better by the end of the week if you allow it all to move through you.
