MESSAGE FOR THE WEEK
I want to start with a little check-in: How have you been feeling these past two weeks?
There’s been a lot moving energetically, especially in the foundational areas of life. For many of us, it’s showing up most strongly in relationships: shifts in dynamics, clearer communication, truths rising to the surface.
The throat chakra is next on the agenda for an upgrade. The voice. Speaking up. Sharing your needs with love. Don’t be surprised if this shows up in the body, like a sore throat or other throat-related symptoms.
Not all illness is purely physical. Some of the most powerful energetic upgrades I've received came on the back of illness. It can be an incredible cleanser. Sometimes it arrives to help us shed layers that aren't in alignment anymore.
This week, we also prepare to welcome the Summer Solstice, which occurs when one of Earth’s poles tilts closest to the Sun, bringing the longest stretch of daylight in the year. In the Northern Hemisphere, it usually falls around June 20th–22nd.
The Solstice has been observed and celebrated for thousands of years across multiple ancient cultures. It carries deep themes of light, fertility, power, andrenewal.
And this year?
It feels like that same medicine is coming through, but in a more elevated expression with the focus more on cleansing and renewal. Like the birthing process: raw, transformative, real. Truth is coming online in a whole new way. You might feel it deep in your bones. It’s not always graceful, it can feel messy, vulnerable, even chaotic. But that’s what new life often looks like.
This week is an invitation to clear space, be grateful, and open your arms to what’s ready to be born in your life.
