MESSAGE FOR THE WEEK
I’m getting the sense that you might be trying too hard with something in your life right now.
For some of you, it’s showing up as perfectionism, pushing yourself to get it just right. But for others, it feels like you’re pouring energy into a relationship where you're giving and giving… and it’s just not landing.
Whatever it is, you’re giving 80 to 110%, and only about 20 to 30% is actually landing. That means over half of your energy is being wasted. I’m seeing flashes of things like social media, relationships, and other places where your energy is leaking.
So ask yourself:
Where am I giving too much? (…and maybe not receiving in return?)
This message isn’t necessarily about walking away (unless you know that it’s time). It’s about making adjustments.
If you’re giving 80% and only 20% is being received, maybe it’s time to scale back to 20%. Then you can redirect that extra 60% of energy into areas of your life that could use a little more… maybe you need a little more of yourself.

If last week’s message resonated, this week builds on that. You’re being invited to land in the new energy or experience. Let it settle. Let yourself sit in it. You are calibrating, and that process is sacred.
There’s also a theme of preparation this week. For some, it’s literal like getting ready for an event or trip. For others, it’s energetic, preparing yourself, your body, your energy for what’s next.
Notice the undercurrent of preparation. Align yourself gently with it. You don’t need to rush. Just prepare. And trust.
