in the buildup phase, where pressure and energy are mounting

or in the integration, where we process and adjust after the change
The areas of life where you’re feeling this intensity feels like the ones that have been long-standing themes or ongoing challenges — the ones that keep resurfacing. It can feel so frustrating or annoying when these cycles come up again.
But remember: this is here to push you toward a better experience. The discomfort is the catalyst. The pressure is what allows the breakthrough to finally happen.
