CUSTOM INTUITIVE JEWELRY COMMISSION AGREEMENT

This Custom Intuitive Jewelry Commission Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the date of signature below between:

Artist: Sophia Ohokanoak / Arctic Arise
Client: [Client Full Name]

Collectively referred to as “Parties.”

By commissioning a custom intuitive jewelry piece, the Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

The Artist agrees to create one (1) custom, intuitively designed jewelry piece (“Piece”) for the Client.

Materials may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sterling silver or other metals

  • Gemstones or crystals

  • Organic materials (bone, antler, etc.)

  • Mixed metals such as copper

The Piece is handcrafted and created through an intuitive and energetically guided artistic process.

2. Artistic Authority & Design Process

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • This is not a co-design service.

  • The Artist retains full creative and artistic authority over the final design.

  • Any inspiration, symbolism, or preferences shared by the Client are interpretive only and not binding.

  • Exact replicas of previous designs are not guaranteed.

  • Design revisions are not included once creation has begun.

The Client commissions the Artist to translate intuitive and energetic guidance into physical form and agrees to trust the artistic process.

3. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed price is required to begin work.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to shipping or delivery.

  • Work will not commence until the deposit has been received.

  • Failure to remit final payment within 14 days of completion notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the commission.

All deposits are non-refundable due to material sourcing and labor allocation.

4. Pricing

Custom intuitive jewelry begins at:

  • $300 for small, simple designs with a single stone

  • $500+ for moderate size and/or more detailed designs

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.

Additional fees may apply for complex designs, specialty stones, resizing beyond standard adjustment, or shipping upgrades.

5. Timeline

Estimated completion timelines will be provided at the time of booking.

The Client understands:

  • Creation timelines may vary due to material sourcing, workload, or artistic pacing.

  • Sacred and handcrafted work cannot be rushed.

  • Delays do not constitute breach of contract.

6. No Refunds / No Returns

Due to the custom and intuitive nature of the Piece:

  • All custom commissions are final sale.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.

  • Change of mind, aesthetic preference, or subjective energetic perception does not qualify for refund.

7. Optional Add-On Services

The Client may choose to add-on additional services including:

  • Channelled Message for the Piece ($50)

  • Written Akashic Records Reading (refer to website for pricing)

  • Energy Healing Sessions (refer to website for pricing)

These services are:

  • Separate from the jewelry commission

  • Scheduled independently

  • Non-refundable once completed

Such services are not required for the creation of the Piece.

8. Energetic & Spiritual Disclaimer

The Piece may be created with energetic intention and spiritual awareness.

However:

  • The Artist makes no guarantees regarding emotional, spiritual, medical, or life outcomes.

  • The Piece is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice or treatment.

  • The Client assumes full responsibility for their interpretation and use of the Piece.

9. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • The Piece will be shipped to the address provided by the Client.

  • The Client is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the Client once the Piece is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • The Artist is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.

Shipping insurance may be added at additional cost upon request.

10. Care & Wear Responsibility

The Client understands that handcrafted jewelry requires proper care. Proper care instructions will be provided for specialty materials.

The Artist is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, chemicals, or neglect.

  • Natural wear of organic or soft materials.

  • Damage resulting from third-party alterations.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the sole intellectual property of the Artist.

The Artist reserves the right to photograph and display the Piece for portfolio, marketing, or educational purposes.

Client personal information will remain confidential.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior communications or agreements.
